My fiancé and I have been in search of a hand cream to reduce cracking dry hands. I am a nurse and my fiancé is a carpenter. We both suffer from breakdown around our nails and knuckles that would become inflamed and painful, for me this was due to washing and for him due to exposure to the elements.
